About

Nita Kiem is a social-first creative strategist, brand builder, and multi-hyphenate creative. The kind who writes the strategy and makes it look good.

Her creative eye started early. Beginning as a photographer, Nita developed a deep understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and intention. Over time, that foundation didn’t just inform her work — it became a tool. One that allows her to take an idea from concept and strategy all the way through to execution, with a level of creative ownership most strategists can’t offer.

Rooted in Khmer culture and raised in Kentucky, she merges business-minded thinking with authentic storytelling to create content that connects. Her background spans social media management for nationally recognized CPG brands, creative direction across fashion and tourism, and community-building through her own platforms, including KhmerBites and her past fashion and arts publication, KIEM COLLECTIVE.

Nita holds an MBA from the University of Kentucky, where she sharpened the same rigor she brings to every creative decision. She has built her career at the intersection of culture, content, and strategy. Whether she’s developing a brand voice, producing a campaign, or growing a niche audience, every move is made with perspective and intention.
